Ron and everyone on his team were above and beyond in every aspect. They came out quickly for our consultation, answered all our questions thoroughly and explained things to us beforehand. The installation was very professional, clean and there was forethought into where things would end up, which makes a big difference once everything is set up. Everyone was on time and polite, and patient while I had questions during installation. They walked us through setup and didn't leave until we were confident using it. I recommend these guys with the highest praise and am so glad we went with them!

& are well mannered Very polite and patient installing my security cameras I hire them About 3 to 4 years ago to do my house and they didn't excellent job so I decided to call them back ..this company is awesome their employees are Great and very friendly to deal with.. I have had security installed by Security Plus of Northeast Ohio for several years now. I am very happy with their service and attention to my needs as I need some technical issues explained a couple times. The installer being very patient while I write things down.
