Co. isn’t good about communicating with customers, and that drives me nuts. Someone or maybe everyone at the place is too lazy or inept to keep service appointments in order and customers informed. “I’m sorry but we’ve been busy” is fine for an excuse, but only to a point. Service in the past has been ok—if and when they finally show up.
