I had my carpet clean with other cleaners didn't do a good job, but with Ray he was excellent I explain my concern due to the carpet had a smoke smell prior tenants use to smoke inside for years. But he explain the process because smoke it's hard to remove unless you treat it. Which he did and it's been almost 2 weeks carpet clean and NO smoke smell =) with other cleaners after 3 days the smell of smoke would show. So I'm satisfied with his service.

Ray is such a friendly person. He gave me a quote over the phone and I found it to be on the low for the job.
He was PUNTUAL!! I love that! I showed him the floors that needed cleaning. I told to change his quote to a price worthy of the work he would have to do.
His quote was spot on. He did not over charge me. He arrived at 10:00 and finished around 2:00. It was a lot of work.
He did a beautiful job with my marble floors and tile floors. Your can tell that he takes pride in his work. I was so pleased with his work and I will continue to use his services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! No nonsense carpet cleaning. Ray was professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. Turned around service in just a few days. Price was lower than other quotes I received so I threw in a few more areas to clean. Carpets and old vintage couch looking great, gave us some good ideas to keep our white carpeted stairs clean. Will be calling him again next time we need carpets cleaned.

My brother's disrespectful dog came to visit yesterday and decided to mark his territory in the house. I have a dog myself and needed an emergency cleaning to avoid him reacting. Ray was very prompt and able to have my carpet cleaned the same day!! Thank you again!

Ray is a MAGICIAN! Seriously people, I contacted half a dozen cleaners and his estimate was very competitive and he was honest about whether or not he could get bad mattress stains out (in other words, didn't make promises he couldn't keep but said he'd try his best). He cleaned two mattresses and a rug for us, was on time and super nice. PS we are not friends - this is 100% a genuine review because I was feeling so pessimistic about the mattress stains! Ray was very accommodating to my schedule. Family and I were moving into a new home and needed the carpets cleaned. I had forgotten that the electricity was yet to be turned on. I made the call to turn on service and although ray was being delayed, he showed no sign of being bothered or impatient. He waited till the electricity was turned on and started to do the job. Knowledgeable, nice, reasonable price man. I would use his service again and also recommend him.

Just had our large sectional and area rug cleaned today and they look great! Ray arrived right on time and was extremely polite and friendly. He was very thorough with the cleaning and cleaned up any soap or water that dropped on the floor. I would definitely recommend his company and will be using his services for future upholstery and carpet cleaning!
