I wish everyone needing this type of service could have the experience we have had. Scott and Jennifer were there for us from the very beginning starting with an insurance claim until our roof was complete. This is a very professional, timely, detail oriented company. Scott does not cut corners, he makes sure the job is done correctly. I would have given 10 stars, but it only allowed 5. Definitely give them a call.

This company did such a wonderful job of taking over and finishing my bathroom renovation that I can not help but share my praise for their work. When I think of people who actually enjoy what they do, I will always remember Edgar and his crew. It was nice to look forward to people I could trust coming to my house to work and people I enjoyed… while they were here. There was always laughter and smiles, and these men were the hardest workers I believe I have ever had do renovations for me. They were relentless in their efforts to get my bathroom finished and it is beautiful. I highly recommend

Thanks to SAS Renovation Inc. We just a got a brand new roof and they did 99% of the work with the insurance. Yes I am bragging because it feels good but more importantly they are so professional and was great!… While it took a little longer with Covid, they work tirelessly. They even worked with our property manager and tenant to get it done. Thank you very much. If you need any help with the roof, please keep them in mind.

Needed to get a rental house restored and ready for sale. Scott and his guys came in and in a couple of weeks had the exterior repaired and painted, the interior walls repaired and painted, new flooring, new vanities and lights. The attention to detail was excellent and we received great comments from the open house. Diamond keeps track of everything in great detail - which is a real plus when you are far away from the project.

My realtor linked me with SAS following a bad hail storm. They walked me through the process of filing a claim, dealing with the adjuster, and getting a new roof on my home. My experience with SAS/A&S/whatever they choose to call their business was absolutely horrible.
I received a quote for around $1300 to repair a leaking door, the subfloor that had been damaged, etc. After a… crew came out, they assured me that the door was fixed. For this reason, I laid the remainder of the wood floor down that I was installing. The door was in fact not fixed at all and the floors around it were ruined. Also in their first of many attempts to reseal the door, they pained the incorrect color around the trim and left fingerprints various other places on the wall.

Scheduled an appointment and was told “the owner” would be here at 5:30pm. Left work early so I could be there. At 5:43 received a call saying he was on his way. Waited and waited, no show and no communication. At 7:11, got a call that he wasn’t coming and they would call me another day to schedule another appointment. When I said I would find a more reliable company the chick had the nerve to get an attitude with me. I get it, you are busy but don’t schedule appointments you can’t keep and then not communicate.

I want to say thanks to this company and the roofing crew that they brought out to do my roof they were so polite they worked hard and got my roof done just right looks beautiful and I was inside watching TV and head of the roofing company came in ask me to come up on the roof he had a question when I got up there the chimney was not included in… the roof and he said it really needed to come out so by the blessing of God he took my chimney out and it looks so beautiful and so great what a bless company I am very satisfied glad I waited I pick the right company and I listen to God I want

Scott and his team replaced our roof last year after some serious storm damage. The guys were super efficient and finished faster than the quoted time. Scott also worked closely with our insurance company and we ended up owing nothing after everything was said and done. We have referred several of our friends to SAS as well and everyone only has great things to say. These guys do great work.
