It was a Sunday. No place was open and if there were they wouldn’t help. My husband was locked out of his semi truck. We called 5 places before calling Buford with no luck. Buford was here in literally less than 5 minutes and had the lock popped in less than 10 seconds. He was kind and professional.

I had a great experience with Buford’s. JD (I think his name was) was quick and efficient. He also did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process of ordering me a new key fob and coming to my house to program it. Additionally, he came in UNDER budget! That’s never happened to me with a locksmith before. Very impressed!

Used this company to replace a front door knob. Technician was great but walked off with my extra key and told me to pick it up at the office. Showed up to the office, but I was two minutes late. Woman came out with an attitude telling me they were closed, yelled at me about not having paid when I paid yesterday, and the technician had the key in his van, so both our times were wasted, even though I paid for the service and the technician had my key. I will spend the $5 to have my own copy made just not to deal with this place again.
