What peace of mind I had after BP Metro came to my home. They were knowledgeable, professional, excellent at containment, remediation and restoration. They were also sensitive to the fact that a mold issue and all that goes with it, causes much concern for the homeowner. They were patient and kind. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend using this company. An estimate to remove mold in my attic was given without looking at it (i didn't find this out until after they received payment). They received payment for the job and never did it. After a laundry list of excuses, they sent a crew back to clean it. The crew informed me that it would need more than one cleaning and they would have to come back. This was in the estimate and was no surprise to me. However this has never happened, and there is still visible mold in my attic. They have no interest in making it right which is a shame for a company in this business

I had an ongoing mold problem in my basement from leaking walls. The company that fixed the walls said they could get rid of the mold for an additional fee but after a month the mold was back. Metro came in and did some tests and found mold in the walls that the other company missed. Metro did a thorough remediation and I could tell they were real professionals and knew what they were doing. The mold has not returned after 5 months.
