Whitney Ranch Report

Located on the northwest section of Whitney Road and Dell Range Blvd, construction is underway on the first of a multi-phase subdivision, which will eventually encompass 580 acres of land. The development follows a national trend of mixed-use and open spaces, with the first phase already coming alive as a thriving neighborhood community.

We also accept conventional financing and cash offers. If you are considering financing a new home, we recommend you work with a lender you're comfortable with. If you need help shopping for lenders or a loan we will also gladly provide some recommendations upon request. We recommend meeting with a lender before starting the shopping process.

This peace of mind warranty is there to cover the little things that might need taken care of during your first year of ownership. Our Warranty department is full-time and always here to help. They will do a walkthrough with you before closing, at about 60-90 days after closing as well as an 11 month check in to make sure everything is as you expect.

My spouse and I bought a Guardian built-home in Thomas Heights. The materials used in the Guardian are very good, but the architectural design of the floor plan is not good. The biggest problem my spouse and I found was the poor space given at the bottom of the stair landing. The architect did not provide sufficient space at the bottom of the landing to allow passage for a queen size bed. The window wells also do not provide passage for beds. Given the poor space, the architectural plan is not sufficient for a livable basement (1300 sq. feet). Having designed and finished the entire basement myself

We moved into our home and was told we would have the 30 day inspection done. After calling and leaving messages, he (Joe) finally came over almost a month later. We then scheduled the repairs to be done with the different contractors, mind you it had to be done between 8-5 Monday- Friday. We took time off from work to find out the Guardian representative (Joe) decided to take the day off. We found out from the one and only contractor that showed up, still haven’t heard from Joeor the other contractors. We had problems from the very beginning with decisions being made unbeknownst to us. Customer

I have become very disappointed in the warranty work done by Homes By Guardian. I have had water in my basement every spring for the last three years. They clearly lack the knowledge and expertise to find the solution to my problem.

I am quite happy with the warranty work done on my new home here in the newer section of the Pointe in Cheyenne. I am a first time homebuyer and whenever I had an issue that required immediate addressing, the warranty department was here in a matter of no time. Leslie has been wonderful to work with and goes the extra mile to ensure the homeowner is taken care of in a timely manner.

I am a proud homeowner in The Pointe and I would like to say that I have been rather happy with my Guardian experience. We moved in just over 1.5 years ago and as with any construction project there were minor hiccups that came to surface after closing. But the warranty department worked diligently to make things right. On more than one occasion they went above and beyond.

DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS BUILDER. They do not stand behind their warranty or workmanship. I have a house with a garden level basement, on the upper part of a hill with windows above grade. There is water in the basement and they refuse to do ANYTHING. Today is 9/16/13 and we moved into the newly completed house on 7/12/13.
