This company did such a great job on our backyard. The owner Ramiro was very professional and his crew worked very hard. They went above and beyond to make us happy. They took down a tree that looked impossible to get down but they did it. If you are looking for a good company, then look no further.

We recently moved in to a rental property while having some major renovations done at our condo and the rental company used TerraScapes for what was supposed to be weekly lawn mowing. We have been at this rental for 2 months now and the lawn mowing during this time has been sporadic and has been done about once every 3 weeks rather than weekly. The same scenario keeps repeating itself over and over. Lawn doesn't get mowed, I text the management company letting them know they missed us (again), she texts Ramiro at TerraScapes, he says he'll try to get over to us soon, days go by and it still doesn

We paid a 50% deposit to get this company to install pavers in our back yard. We should have known this wasn't going to turn out well when we had to beg them to come and start the job after a truck load of pavers had been delivered. They were supposed to go up to the pool and only 2 feet off the fence, they are not even close. The owner stated he would be back the next day to finish the job but requested we pay him the balance on the quote, reluctantly we did, OUR BAD!
