Apparently Pat Jaranson Masonry, Inc. has quality and commitment issues, and they admit it.
Here's our experience...
This company decided to refuse to rebuild my chimney on the day that I informed them of my brick selection because they were concerned that we wouldn’t be happy with their quality, similar to previous customers.
They said I reminded them too much of customers in the past that were unhappy with their quality because I “asked similar questions and moved at a similar pace of previous unhappy customers”.
They therefore didn’t want to take a chance with me because they were
