I work for a maintenance company that manages many large-scale retail stores across the country. I reached out to this company for a quote to repair some exterior work on a building. It was the ONLY company I had sent out there, do to our office processes, we do not send multiple companies to bid projects. 16 days after reaching out to them and sending the information to them (with no correspondence what-so-ever after leaving multiple voicemails) I finally got my response today.
