Great group of guys! We used them to move into our house. They were very efficient and courteous! Their price was reasonable and they never stopped working until the job was done. We loved that they used straps to carry all the large items, so no dolly was placed on our hardwood floors! We highly recommend these movers!

We hired the Moving Guru's to move us out of our home and in to a temporary rental while we renovate. We could not be more pleased with the entire process start to finish. These guys are professional. Everyone we had any contact with knew exactly what they were doing and the move went as smoothly as we could have hoped. Most impressed by the guys that actually did the heavy lifting. They were so nice and courteous. Giving my son a high 5 every time they came down the stairs for another load. No question that we will hire them to move us back in and will be happy to recommend them to anyone! Great

These gentlemen could not have been nicer or more professional. We used them for our move in September, and then we used them to move my parents from their house of 31 years to a retirement community in December. We are planning to use them again in January! They were kind and patient. Their fees were more than reasonable! I highly recommend!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They are unprofessional and do not take instructions. Who’s running this company? They came to do a simple task of moving furniture out of a room and re pack. Instead, they went into a washroom area where they were told specifically NOT to enter and walked over and destroyed my freshly painted floors that cost $1600. They quickly packed up and ran from the job. They declined the job but did not say why. It was the flooring company and my tenant who told us what they did. When we called, they tried to intimidate us. Obviously at this point, they do

A friend recommended this company for a local move. They were very responsive, pleasant and flexible about changing plans.
They helped us move with a moderate amount of furniture. They were careful and still fast. Mac was great, with a kind attitude and eager to please.
Another team helped us empty a pod a week later and put together the furniture that arrived. They were professional and efficient. My husband felt the price was a fair price on both occasions.

Moving is a tough job. I dreaded it. I did my research looking for the best moving companies in the upstate of South Carolina. I reached out to Moving Gurus, and the owner contacted me. He was upfront and direct told me how much everything would cost, and he also put it in writing. Our moving crew, Tyler and Pete, who were moving rockstars, made the moving experience stress-free. They did an excellent job. I would use them again without any hesitation.

My husband was injured at work 2 weeks before we were scheduled to move. I inquired with the Moving Gurus for a quote to move only our large furniture across town. I was immediately given a very reasonable quote and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice. On the day of the move, the two Gurus arrived right on time. They were very professional, kind, and efficient. They moved several more items than I had originally requested and the final amount due was still within the original quote. I would definitely recommend the Gurus. They made our move so much easier.

Peace delivered! Kyle and Alex were the best! Upfront with pricing and expectations + friendly, on time and super professional.
Went out of their way to gently wrap everything and were careful with our belongings.
My suggestion: It’s worth it to hire the recommended 3rd person to wrap while the other 2 lift & carry. Time & $ saver!

I would HIGHLY recommend this moving company! If I had to move again they would be the first ones I call! I had Mike as a mover, he was a lot of fun but also got the work done in a steady timely manner. Very professional company, they stayed in touch with me through out the day to let me know when they was on the way! Also very affordable! I came out a lot cheaper than expected! We were referred by a friend and I'm so glad! It's not often you find movers who are both careful with your belongings *and* who get the job done quickly. We had Kyle, Jarred and Tyler move my family this week. This was the best moving experience I have had...and I've had a LOT! I don't want to move again anytime soon, but if I do, they will be the first person I call to line them up. I am so very pleased with the service that Jared and Tyler provided. They were very prompt and personable and very careful and knowledgeable about every part of the move. The movers wear proper equipment in order to protect their backs as they carry really big and heavy furniture... they actually made it look pretty easy even though I knew it wasn’t! I’d never seen this equipment before. It showed me that Mike Wright really cares about his movers! They wrapped every piece of furniture with pads and then plastic! … The truck was efficiently designed so pads, safety equipment, and straps were attached to the walls of the truck. Nothing was just tossed into the truck! It was obvious that it was second nature for the guys to take care of Gurus stuff
