We maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance in compliance with California state law, and we maintain liability insurance as well. We can be most useful for clients who need help determining what design makes the most sense for their remodel or new home and how to most cost-efficiently achieve the desired design intent.

Leff Construction was referred to us by friends who had used them after they lost their home in the 2017 fires. They lived up to every compliment our friends gave them. We needed to remodel the entire second floor of our home: flooring, bath, closet, office, paint and windows. Their team walked us through every aspect of the process with great communication and kindness, and the work they did was artisanal. They arrived on time, were respectful about my at-home work, and cleaned up every day before they left. We are thrilled with the results!

This is really a 3.5 star review. But I had to choose, so I chose 3 stars.
We have a custom-built mid-century modern house built in 1950, that needed some overhauls and updates. We contacted Leff, who had a designer come and look over the house to get a sense of what we could do with our budget. We were assured at the time that the basics, including a new roof, new electrical system, new floors, and other required work to bring the house to a “livable shell” would take up about 2/3 of our budget, and would leave plenty of room for kitchen and bathroom renovations, and other extras, so we engaged

Leff Construction built us the most perfectly beautiful house I could ever have imagined! The team was so helpful in guiding us through the process of rebuilding after we last our home in the Tubb’s Fire. I don’t think there was ever a week that there weren’t crew members and subcontractors here on the building site working hard to get the job done. Morgan, the project manager, assured efficiency and communication. And Candice, the designer was a dream come true in guiding us through all the finish choices. Thank you Leff Construction!

Completely bad advise.
No follow through.
Horrible accounting techniques which completely sabotaged my ability to get energy rebates as I couldn’t get actual amounts per part of a project.
No respect and no value.
Who puts a tankless water heater on the opposite side of my house than my bathroom. Now I get to waste 4 minutes of water to get it remotely warm. Jeff aren’t these things a general should know?
And, if you’re reading this I’m a contractor too #1012038 and I’ll explain to anyone and everyone how you’re a total rip off; never came onsite; and did subpar work.
