Huge shoutout to technician Joseph! Our gas furnace quit heating Monday morning, 2/15. My husband sent in an online service request, Joseph called us within 30 minutes, walked my husband through some troubleshooting, and had our furnace heating again just a few minutes later. We selected Kendall County Air to replace our AC/Heat Pump this week and I have to say, they exceeded expectations! From the first contact with Marisa, then working with Sam to determine our needs how KCA would meet them, to the amazing installers: Brad, Brad, and Jared, every interaction was professional yet personal. Just superb! And we already love our Bosch system. It's super quiet and very efficient. I'd recommend Kendall County Air to anyone looking for either a system or service.

We called KCA recently because our heater was malfunctioning. Their staff answering the phone immediately and the receptionist was courteous. She scheduled an appointment for the repair in a reasonable time. The repair was done quickly and without a hitch. Great job.
We asked for a second visit, to start a periodic maintenance service with KCA. The technician called to inform us he we would arrive a bit late, which was fine. The work was done professionally. The only thing that we really did not appreciate was the technician telling us about the foam insulation in our attic being sloppily

Joseph came out the same day I called about our air conditioner making an unusual noise and shutting off. He was on time, very friendly and explained repairs that were necessary. He also gave options and discussed pricing. I had multiple questions and he answered all of them in detail. I feel really good about this service and will recommend to friends.

Their service is undoubtedly first rate. Just moved to the area and needed our AC/Heat checked. The service man explained all that he checked, suggested a few changes, and made sure any insulation he knocked out of the attic was cleaned up. Will definitely make KCA our regular maintenance and/or problems go to!

Excellent company to work with. They are always professional, and do quality work for very fair pricing. I've been taken advantage of by other AC companies and KCA technicians are always upfront and explain everything they do, before they do it and do not try and sell you thousands of dollars in repairs and warranties. I also love that they are endorsed by Dave Ramsey, which makes me feel like I'm buying quality service and getting a great value.

The worst air conditioning company we have ever worked with, AND the most expensive.
I saw the owners comment below. This company never tried to contact us post service. We gave them multiple chances to rectify the situation and they responded they could charge us an additional $5,000.00 dollars. I have talked to numerous friends and they have reported similar experiences with this company.
