We used J & J Remodelers for an extensive home remodel 8 years ago. At the time, they were great to work with but it is when issues arise after completion that we have run into difficulty with them. They have not backed up products that we contracted them to install on our house. They have not returned email after email and always try to push the… issue onto their distributors. They continue to tell us they are working on the issue and trying to get ahold of their distributor, but it has been over a year since we contacted them regarding defective siding. We have used J& J numerous times on various remodeling projects and they have exceeded our expectations every time. This past summer when our cabin was hit by a tornado they had our job completed before most of the other neighbors had even had their damaged accessed. Everything was done to perfection.
