Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. Iván was very professional and kind. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures. He also told me how to clean my gutters. When I asked for a quote, he told me he didn’t know what to even ask for the little work he saw and just went ahead and made the repairs for me. I appreciate it so much and recommend New Elite Roof!

Ivan and his crew just did a new roof for us. The entire process was fantastic. Ivan was informative and clear during the estimation inspection. He was patient and thorough in all the information we asked for. He gave us our estimate on Saturday and was able to schedule us for the same week. The crew showed up in the morning and when they left in the evening everything was clean and we had an awesome new roof!

This year brought not only a gnarly amount of snow, but a sizable hail storm shortly after, followed by a few more hail storms over the spring and summer months. As a new homeowner, I wanted reassurance that my roof was okay. Ivan came out the next day, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked my roof, and provided pics of his findings.

Ivan is highly responsive & I can not say enough about his attention to customer. We had him install 5 bathroom vent roof caps. He gave us a fair price & crew showed up on time. If you want a no stress job done call Ivan. My experience confirmed that his review were right on point. His crew accidentally left a couple of nails & he personally came removed the nails & cocked holes. You will not get this type of service from other roofers. Thank you Ivan!!! Ivan and his team at New Elite Roofing were great. Ivan was professional in his communications, sending calendar invites for when they would be at our house and providing samples of the color options during the quote process. His team installed gutters on our home quickly, efficiently, and at the quoted price. Had two small roof leaks that I probably let go too long. Contacted 4 companies. After meeting Ivan, I wanted to just tell him to go ahead, but made myself get other quotes. They were right in line with others, but Ivan just exudes honesty, knowledge, and kindness. So, we chose to give our business to new elite. The job was more extensive than he originally thought. He didn't ask me if I wanted to pay more for the extra work, he just did it because(I'm guessing) it's the right way to do things. I would have been fine paying for additional services, but being the ignorant consumer

Ivan and his crew were awesome. No surprise costs and I even told him no after receiving a cheaper bid. Of course, that bid fell through and Ivan remained professional and gave me feedback even after I said no. I then immediately went with Ivan. He encountered extra problems on the project and didn’t charge me a penny more. The whole project only took 2 days. He gave me photo updates throughout the whole process. One of the few roofers that does the interior work as well. That makes a huge difference. They stand behind their work
