I called and got an appointment for an estimate, he did not show. Thought it might have been a miscommunication, so I emailed them. He called me really quick and said he possibly could come the next day. Never showed so I called him back the next week, he said he was busy & would call back... no word. Total time trying to contact about a month. Maybe they are just too busy??

Improvements by Doug added a covered patio to our home and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend his business for any remodeling needs. Doug has been great. I called him one day, he met with me the very next day...had 3 separate contractors at my home the same day...gave me a price and the work began, the same day!
What a change from the experiences we’ve been having with other contractors.
It’s so nice to have people do what they say they will do. I am in a service industry myself and pride myself on follow up and making sure I take care of my customers...unfortunately most folks I deal with in my personal life do not have the same work ethic.Doug, however, has done everything he says he will do.
