MCM Disposal

Placed my order online through their web service. No confirmation call, only an email saying it was placed.
Caked the following day, spoke with Gary. Said he canceled the order because the pricing they listed was incorrect. No notice of cancelation...
Don't use these guys, bait and switch pricing.

These guys have the best prices and the best customer service. This is my third dumpster order over the last couple years and I've been happy every time.

I was driving EB M-6 on 3/24/20 at Kalamazoo exit when one of their garbage bin trucks had trash flying all over the highway and nearly caused an accident. The driver didn’t have the safety screen covering the top of the container.

We were double billed and the container was never delivered.
UPDATE:
Container showed up a day late. Double billing issue took almost 2 weeks to get them to actually find the bad transaction. Quoted pricing didn't match what was charged at the end of the transaction. Yard was completely destroyed by their truck when removing the container. We are getting no response from the company when questioning them about repairs.

Not pleased. The day I had the dumpster scheduled to be delivered I called at 10am to check on the status as I had contractors at the property ready to start. I was advised it would be late afternoon. I inquired if that day would count as one of my 7 days and they said yes. This didn't seem right, but there was nothing I could do at that point. After they picked up the dumpster, I was billed a week later for an additional $189.00 without being notified. I assume I was overweight, but they never contacted me to discuss this nor advised me of this additional charge. It just showed up on my credit

MCM Disposal has always delivered quality service and competitive rates. I've always enjoyed working with them. On time service and easy to get ahold of. I recommend all the time!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they damage out driveway in april and we finally got the repairs finished today. 89 days after dealing with a man named Chad, getting nothing but a run a round, we were able to find a qualified company to fix their damage left behind. And the lack of any professionalism from Chad, and lack of taking responsibility for their workmanship. please look at my photos before making any decision about using this company.

MCM Disposal was great. They showed up on time and the bill was exactly the same amount they told me. The driver was very polite and asked me where I wanted to put the container instead of just throwing it wherever like another company I used before. I would recommend MCM Disposal to anyone.
