I am in the market to spend money and buy a new big fountain. Their hours are 10-4 weekdays only. I called and explained that both my husband and I work these hours during the week and asked if they could meet us after hours or on Saturday/Sunday. They insist no, nobody comes in on weekends. If I want to come in, it HAS to be during those hours. Funny, because isn't weekends when most people do their gardening/shopping? The owner isn't even around to speak to customers. He has his employees call and deliver messages for him. I can not and will not take off work during the week just to buy a fountain

No communication, they just send random bills. they don't carry workers comp and have the minimum liability insurance.

They recently replaced the pump on the very large fountain in our front yard. The three men were very professional and friendly. The price was great too.

They came out to “fix” our fountain. Had to return 2 hours later because it wasn’t working again. Less than a month later....it wasn’t working again! Same problem...and they wanted me to pay for another visit ($120)!!!! Now I know how they make their money.
BTW....half of the other reviews listed are the employees & owner.
