Most of our repairs are performed in 1 hour with some going to 2 hours.

Purchased a 2020 Home & Garden SPA. Bryan, the owner of AG Spas, very honest individual, good selection of used spas, for those who are looking for some hydrotherapy. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced jacuzzi/hot tub/spa. Appreciate the industry knowledge and attention to detail that Bryan was able to provide. Had a great experience with this company. Both individuals who came out Jason & Ace were so professional and friendly! My 15 year old spa that basically sat unused for a year looks brand new! Ace even restored the cover after it sitting exposed to the sun and rain for all those years. Would highly recommend this company. Not cheap but well worth the money spent!

Just got a great little used hot tub that my wife and I will be able to move around on our own. Came in totally under our budget which means more $$ for accessories. Comes with free cover/steps/start up chems & delivery. They listened to our wants and needs and made a proper suggestion for us instead of just pushing a more expensive option. I am very happy and pleased with the service I received. I look forward to enjoying my new little hot tub this season.

Very happy with AG Spa's ,Started with the friendly receptionist that answered my call and took the time to listen to me (sorry I forgot her name) To Jason who was very punctual in the time frame window they gave us . Also saved us a lot of $$$$ after having a different company out for a estimate to fix our jets that had stopped working the "OTHER " company told us it would be $150 to work on the electrical board then with in the next week (Covid just started) he stated it would be $1000.00 he had to change out the whole electrical board.. ACE IS SIMPLY AN AMAZING TECH AND HUMAN. He is professional, nice, caring and hard working to name a few things. Now the office staff mainly Stephanie is rude as hell and does not care about customers at all. If it wasn't for Ace I would have looked elsewhere because of the rudeness of Stephanie.

Extremely disappointed after being referred here. Called and no one answered. Message states that if they don't answer and it's normal business hours that they are open and busy with a customer. Made the 39 minute drive during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. And it's closed what a waste. You should be open when your hours stage your are open monday thru SATURDAY ...on your sign on your store and on your website and on your voicemail!!!! Bad business.

We wanted to buy a used spa and found AG Spas. Bryan and Rich took such great care of us. On our very first visit, they had a great selection to chose from and we ended up buying a spa that same day. Rich was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of info on the spas, which helped us make the right choice. The owner, Bryan, took great care of us in setting up the spa delivery and other details. Delivery was quick and easy. This is a wonderful family run business that really cares about this customers. I have done business with AG Spas for many years. Originally, it was just servicing my spa. Jason was fantastic about explaining what was needed and efficiently repairing our spa. The pricing was always reasonable. We bought a used spa cover when our original one blew off and broke. On one service call, Jason said to repair my spa would be quite expensive. I purchased a used jacuzzi from AG spas over the summer. I Understood this was a used spa and might have issues later. A few months went by and my heater wouldn't turn on. AG came to check out the problem within a day of me calling. Joe, the technician, was quick to assess the situation and solve my problem (recirc pump went bad). Although I'm disappointed the pump took a dump, I appreciated their quick response and attention to detail!

Very friendly people, I purchased two spas from them over several yeas and they both worked great. The first was a starter with only one pump, and the second was a Master Spa with 3 pumps (had to leave it with the house when I moved). They also move and repair spas too.
My only knock is that they don't always have the best selection of spas available, so I ended up buying a brand new spa from Sunset Spas and guess who delivered it - AG Spas lol.

I've had so many come give me an estimate for our hot tub we purchased from Creative Spa, who by the way took months and months for them to even come see the hot tub then turn around to tell us we needed to crane it out to fix it or just trash it because it's use less. This is a $18k hot tube they sold us that is only 3 years old, they wanted to rip us off by charging us to crane it out for $8k.
