I called Bumblebee for an AC replacement quote. The tech arrived looking less than professional; his shirt wasn't buttoned correctly and was several sizes too large. He seemed less interested in giving me a quote than figuring all the issues they would have with the installation. The final quote arrived two days later even though I told them I needed it the next day. They didn't include the unit I asked for in the quote, only the ones that the tech thought I should have. The brand of units quoted were lower quality than the other quote I received at the same price and the warranty was not competitive

The entire experience was top notch. The scheduling was easy, Cody the Tech was on time. Cody diagnosed the issue and was able to get it fixed and running again quickly. They saved my Labor Day! I would recommend Bumblebee every time!

I needed a repair immediately. I can't say if they'd be able to do this every time however they were able to fit me in for a repair the same day. They provided a time. They were on-time. They provided me with the issue and repaired it. I really liked the total system assessment checklist. I also liked the text regarding who is coming and their bio and when they were on their way to my house. Great customer service and technical work.

Bumble Bee has been providing us service for several years. This week we had an 18-year-old unit give up the ghost. They sent out a service technician within a couple of hours. In two days, we had a brand new unit installed. They even loaned us two portable AC units to keep us cool until they could get the new central air installed. Great service, fair and honest pricing, and consistently reliable. We highly recommend them.
