Before receiving our pest control services, it always helps to do the following, but it is not absolutely necessary. Have the yard mowed, bushes trimmed back off of the home so as to not touch it, and pull back any items on any wall or areas where bugs have been noticed inside. Yes, we send email and text reminders 5 days before and the day before.

Zach came out this morning to do our quarterly pest control treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened and then went the extra mile to treat an issue with spiders in the garage. I was impressed by the fact that he took his time. It was obvious from the start that Zach takes pride in his work. Customer satisfaction is his number one goal. This is our second year using Flex Pest Control. We have yet to be disappointed. We enthusiastically give Flex Pest (and Zach) 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

I just switched to Flex Pest Control less than a year ago due to poor service from my existing pest control. The service from Flex has been outstanding due to extraordinary service provided by Amanda D, the service tech. Amanda is very professional and happily addressed any concerns we had. Flex, you need to give Amanda a raise because employe's that represent your company in such a manner are hard to find and keep.

The technician Wes evaluated the problem area in our kitchen and placed some ant gel and traps in areas where they were noticed. He then went under the house and treated the foundation and structures around the back of the house. Very efficient and polite.

Every person I have ever interacted with from Flex Pest Control have been professional, courteous, and very friendly. They always do a great job. They don't just come to your house and spray then leave without you knowing they were even there. They take time to understand what your needs are and if there's anything they can do to help. Love these guys. Great staff, always extra helpful and friendly! They have come when I had guest that were freaking out at a tiny spider ... hey, they are from the desert, the bugs out here create histrionic episodes of girly screams.
They smiled, and sprayed extra, at No extra charge!!
When they first 'solicited me, the owner of the company proudly knocked on my door singing the praises of his expensive process.
It was adorable how passionate he was/is!!
Highly recommend these guys. No bugs anywhere in my home, it feels safer

Thanks to the great Yelp reviews I found an outstanding pest control team! They responded quickly and took the best care of my property. Very knowledgeable and went over and beyond to remove spider webs in the eaves, in my crawl space and even caulked around a window without me asking. They didn't hesitate to come out a second time for a spot treatment or two because I was still seeing ants and had guest arriving in two days.

Update again: still no pests. I got text reminders to let me know Spencer was coming, and that he was running a bit later due to some difficult jobs. The company gave me the opportunity to reschedule if I needed, and Spencer stayed in contact when he was on the way. He was efficient and always makes an effort to put my dog at ease and say hello. Great company!

A salesman from this company followed me home on a hover board from the entrance of my neighborhood to my garage. I sat in my car a minute hoping he would go away. But instead he waited for me right under the door of my garage to get out of my vehicle. Finally I got out and immediately let him know there is no solicitation allowed in my neighborhood.

Extremely pleased! Mike and his crew were very friendly & professional.
Spencer & Chris arrived right on time (8:00am) & stayed an hour or so. Since we have a pool & I have seen small ants around the landscaping stones, they sprayed something (I forgot the name of the chemical) to "draw out the bugs" then another pesticide to kill them. They also sprayed the yard for ticks & fleas since we have dogs.
While treating the porch, they also cleaned off the dust webs. Inside the house, they hit all the wet areas.

the fact that is ALL natural and non toxic is the best and only reason I would go with a big service
He acted with integrity and I felt comfortable with him and the guy who did the service.

I spent my summer of 2018 bit up by spiders. I was NOT going to let that happen to me again, especially with a 3 month old in our home now. Thankfully we found Flex Pest Control. They were extremely easy to communicate with and made our appointment quickly. I've lived a lot of places from the East Coast, to Houston, TX. Flex Pest Control is probably the most professional, thorough, and knowledgeable pest control company I've encountered yet. They spent about 2 hours treating my home on the initial visit! Very down to earth and the owner himself showed up to greet me before the treatment. I signed up for the quarterly plan and I'm confident with Flex Pest Control at the helm, that we won't have any unwanted guests in or near our home.

Mike came over during a heavy winter storm on a Saturday and did an great job! Above and beyond. Very thoroughly went through the whole property and professionally made sure to explain the whole scope of work that was done.
I almost feel sorry for any bugs that try to enter our home. But not really...
I highly recommend Flex for anyone that wants to prevent a pest problem or for anyone that currently has one. You won't be disappointed.

I've used a number of pest control companies in the past (pests always came back) and even tried to take care of it myself (what a pain), but Flex has surpassed all of my previous successes. The team is knowledgeable and professional, they'll work with you to not just kill the bugs/spiders you currently have, but will take steps to make sure they stay away.
