Workers not hugely interested in assisting. Friday afternoon about 3pm- workers seemed irritated we walked in and immediately turned off lights when we left about 30 minutes later- despite hours stating they were open until 5pm -and only two days a week at that- yikes! Warehouse is filthy. Sad😔Hoped for a better experience, especially since we are trying to use locally or veteran owned.

We have purchased flooring and tile from Overstock Flooring Depot in Tualatin on several occasions and have been happy with the product and service every time! We have worked with Ross on several of the purchases and he goes out of his way to provide the best service and find us the product we are looking for! This is a great place to go for any home updating project!

I read the reviews and had to check this place out. It lived up to the experience. I had a flood in kitchen and needed to replace my flooring. I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The best part of the experience was even though he was busy he took the time to make me feel like I was the only person in that store. Plus the prices were so good. Check this place and ask for Sam!

Simply AWESOME! I rarely leave reviews of any kind. I feel compelled to do so in this case. The staff at OFD was professional, know their products helped us pick out the right product which looks amazing. Their price was 30% better than the same product at Home Depot online. What more can you want? Better service, more knowledgeable and cheaper.
