Love this company! It's important to clean your dryer vent yearly at least to keep your dryer functioning well and prevent fires! We have been using them for a few years, but they went above and beyond when we were having dryer issues at the same time we were replacing our roof. Scott came out and helped with everything including a bigger vent cap in the new roof to help!

Joshua did a chimney inspection with video. He provided detailed information on what my older fireplace's problems were and options for a remedy. His technician did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my dryer vent as well. I will definitely use their service again.

Someone was able to come out the same day. The gentleman was quick and efficient and didn't mind explain even the most minor detail to me. And yes, they left things cleaner than when they first arrived. Very impressed with the professionalism!

Follow up. We had a cracked flue which could not be repaired except by removing the entire fireplace and rebuilding it. Fortunately it was covered by insurance as Joshua had suggested it could be. The finished fireplace is beautiful inside and out. The workers were always prompt, good-natured and competent. Frank Rounding did the beautiful masonry work.

This company performed the work two weeks later then originally stated. They busted my septic tank while installing the chase cover. This left a hole in my front yard for months. They were overpriced and never completed the job to my satisfaction and demanded payment before they would come back out. I would not recommend them to anyone.
