We specialize in pumping out septic tanks and holding tanks of all sizes including residential septic tanks, commercial septic tanks, lift stations, grease trap pumping, septic tank installations and drain field replacements.
Septic Systems are an important sewage/wastewater treatment option for homeowners in South Carolina. There are more than 1,000,000 onsite sewage disposal systems currently being used in South Carolina. Local health departments issue thousands of permits per year for new systems. In any given year as much as 10% of septic systems will experience a failure.
RV parks commonly rely on septic systems to handle all of the effluent and waste water created by both long-term tenants and short-term weekend campers. With each RV stall usually having it's own sewer hook ups, and the average RV holding tank being 35-80 gallons or larger, you can see how quickly the sewage can build up within the system.
Lift stations are a necessary part of any septic or onsite wastewater treatment system that resides in an area where the gradient (or slope) doesn't allow for a natural downhill flow of sewage and waste. A lift station is used to pump the wastewater from a low level to a higher level where it can be stored and pumped out.
Holding tanks are just containment systems for sewage, or other wastewater and non-hazardous liquids. Unlike a septic system that actually breaks down the waste and disperses it into a drain field, a holding tank does just that, holds the wastewater. When a holding tank is full it must be emptied immediately.

Came out because I had a problem that I thought was septic. They advised they could pump it, but it wasn't necessary since it was a plumbing issue. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, their courtesy, and their honesty. They even recommended an excellent plumber since I did not know one. I highly recommend Prime Septic.

Prime Septic was willing to help when no one else would! I had a problem with my lift station and they talked me through the steps to fix the problem over the phone! They did this to save me money when no one else would help. They also pumped my tank the next day and were very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend them and will use their service in the future. Thank you for doing such a thorough job!

We had a septic tank that was full and needed attention. Was able to get a hold of Prime Septic. They were early for the scheduled appointment. Levi and Cody were very professional.
