Long story but they came out and couldn't fix it. Owner now trying to charge me for stuff they didn't do. Told him I'd pay service fee only. Called to talk to him and I believe he hung up on me and when I called back he didn't answer .

The Scratched up My Hardwood Floors & Cut Out An Excessive Amount to Drywall to Inspect. The Work that You Initiated was NOT Authorized, Illegal-Inferior-Incomplete & Not permitted. Nothing You did was to Code or Passed Inspection.
The Toilet Drain that you claimed was "Illegal" apparently Passed Inspection when the House was Built.

Upon moving into my new place, we noticed that the shower head was way too short, and we wanted a newer taller shower head. A friend recommended we call P&M Plumbing. When we decided to reach out, I was greeted by a friendly voice eager to help! Right away they sent out a technician to help install this new shower head for us! I was impressed by how quickly they were able to come out. While installing the shower head, the technician also noticed our toilet was running. Substandard WOrk & Is The Tackiest Plumbing I've ever seen. Moen Told me that the work was all Installed wrong & Incorrectly as there was a Multitude of problems with his plumbing. When I let Kevin know he refused to make any corrections & insisted he "Knows" more about plumbing thanTthe Manufacure refusing to repair his work-Follow the Design Plan & or Manufacures' Instruction Manual & plans That I presented & was printed from their website. He Failed to Complete the Work & also said the toilet drain was A problem and Refusedto send Pictures as I never had a problem with it yet he ripped it out

Absolutely incredible business. Back story: We had a leak in our new home and called our warranty company. The guys they sent basically cut a hole in our wall and left, no solution. Kevin and his counterpart, Eddie came out at 9:00 AM the next morning via a recommendation by Next Door. Eddie found the source and had Kevin come out to give a second opinion. They were worried it was a bad slab leak, but took extra time to double check. They ended up finding a small pressure leak and they were able to fix it that day. They could have charged me and our insurance company an absolute fortune and headache

P&M plumbing does excellent work! They are quick, efficient, always professional and they’re prices can’t be beat! My expectations were more than exceeded, they had my sinks drained/cleared and toilets fixed quickly and we’ve had no problems since the work was done. I will absolutely use P&M plumbing in the future and have referred them to my friends and family as well. We have used many plumbers over the years for our house in Rancho Santa Margarita and for the several investment properties that we manage, but I have to say that Kevin and P&M Plumbing are one of the very best. Kevin was recommended by a friend and he was able come out quickly on Saturday to resolve our pinhole-leak emergency on the second floor. He was able to fix the problem much quicker than we expected, with almost no damage to the house and his fee was very reasonable especially considering the weekend. He's also simply a nice guy and we will recommend him to anyone looking for
