First week of December we had an unexpected water leak into our basement. What I thought was a leaking dishwasher turned out to be chronically leaking pipes and it was confirmed we had a large build up of black mold underneath the floor. While I wish mold mitigation and removal was not money I would ever have to spend, it is hands down the best money I have ever spent. The team assessed the area, tore out the damaged material, and safely mitigated the mold, returning our home to a "health" state of being. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for the team and how wonderful they were to work with

We're incredibly happy with the work done in our basement. Jim was very kind and straightforward during our first meeting to assess our needs. Needed a mold inspection, talked to Jim on the phone and he came out the very next day. He took a look and advised us that we don't have a mold issue and do not need any work done. Didn't charge us a thing! We very much appreciate his professionalism and honesty. If we do ever need mold removal done, we will definitely be calling him back!

His honesty saved me the $3,500 another company wanted to charge me to remove mold in my attic that turned out to just be the original insulation stuck to the plywood roofing.
I will most definitely be calling Midwest Mold Removal back to clean my ductwork. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, on time, and reasonably priced. You can't ask for more.

Jim and Mike are just an absolute pleasure to work with. Jim set up the job and was helpful and pleasant on the phone. He also helped with the billing and paperwork after the job was done. Mike and a team came out took a look at the job and were able to work with us on the job to be done. An honest company is hard to find. I saw something on my wall that looked like mold. I was freaked out to say the least. I called Midwest Mold Removal and someone was at my office within the hour. He inspected the problem and told me it was just a calcium deposit and not to worry. He also told me exactly what to do and stated that it was easy enough that it was not worth paying him to do it. I asked if I could pay for a service call to compensate him for his time and he refused that as well. The least I can do it leave him this review. It would have been very easy for him to exploit my fear and

I've struggled with an autoimmune disorder and had 2 different doctors ask me about mold in my home. Bo came out within 48hrs of contacting him and tested my whole house. He explained how the testing works and showed me the numbers on his testing equipment. Luckily, we had low levels and no need for any remediation. I'm grateful for his quick response and integrity!
