Scope: Construction of Philadelphia's first "green" street on the 800 block of Percy Street in South Philadelphia. This project showcased porous paving, a specially designed pavement system that allows water to infiltrate through the pavement and never become runoff. This system provides the structural support of conventional asphalt pavement, but is constructed of a porous surface and an underground stone reservoir.

I was just hung up on twice when i called to complain about a worker of theirs putting his face in my sister's car. When I looked up at him he said "relax nobody is looking at you, I was looking at the car." And we exchanged words. I then approached his supervisor who in turn said he didn't hear anything and proceeded to ignore and dismiss me by tossing his phone in the air, then catching it as it came back down like some type of trick to answer it. So since he wouldn't listen I decided to call the office. The woman asked me what happened and when I told her she said "so what did they do?" I asked
