Biltmore Construction is a small, specialized remodeling company consisting of it's President, Steve Cavanaugh, founder and owner, Kathy Cavanaugh, his gorgeous wife of 36 years, secretary, and a comprehensive team of dedicated mechanics and office assistant.You will also find Steve's youngest son, Matthew who attended Quinnipiac University, finance major, working on most jobs, learning the trade and mastering his skills.
