Excellent customer service! I received prompt email, text, and call responses from Jasmin and Tom throughout the process of getting an estimate and repair. Jasmin was able to give me an estimate based on my description and photos (and the price did not change once he saw it in person), and he handled the repair the next day. He cut not only a new piece of glass but also a new wooden stopper that was a very close match to our previous one. He even had the foresight to move the wooden stoppers around to make the new one less noticeable. I would not have thought to ask him to do that! The work was

We had two new windows installed today by Glass Xperts. We received quotes from two other places and Glass Xperts not only were lower than the other two, but also had a faster install time. On the day of install, the two gentlemen who arrived were professional and got the job done quick. There was no mess to clean up after and we are happy with the final product.

I cannot even begin to express how absolutely FABULOUS this company is to work with. A bathroom window broke right before the holiday. (Dec 23rd) I called over a dozen businesses and most wanted over $500 OR couldn't come out until after the first of the year. Some not even until the second week of January.
I knew I'd have a little trouble getting someone to help before the holiday but I never imagine we wouldn't be able to have the glass fixed until after the new year. Tom was SO easy to work with. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the area and then was out within a hour

I wrote a review on google yesterday for Glass Xpert after horrible service with this company. I placed a door and window order two months ago, and was told the order came in, but then was blown off 2 weeks about a date of install. After week 3 of calling this company and expressing my frustration with them, Jasmine the installer decided he didn't want to install my order anymore. This was AFTER I had already paid half my deposit months ago. The job ended up being cancelled and was the biggest waste of time due to their rudeness and lack of customer service ability. Tom is very difficult to work with. Took him and his team 3 months from placing the order to them stopping work. I opted to hire him for siding and windows, they did a very poor sloppy job in the end with caulk all over the windows. There are nail holes all over the smooth hardietrim boards around the windows. There are areas of missing caulk. They did not install interior wood trim around windows in the kitchen as promised. Now as a result of my holding the last payment until work is completed, he is threatening a lien on the property. Avoid working with this company if you can.

Called for a quote on a Saturday and left a voicemail, but nobody called me back. Called again on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for a quote on Thursday. When I hadn't heard from them, I called with 20 minutes left in my appointment window. He said he "didn't have my information" and it would have to be another hour (which didn't work with my schedule). Very unprofessional and disappointing.

We recently had them install windows throughout my house and a door wall. They came out for the initial quote and once we decided to pull the trigger came back to measure. The owner does all that stuff and he is friendly and very accommodating. After that it took about 2 weeks for the windows to come and his crew came to do the install. They did a great job and they covered everything and cleaned up after. The windows look great and we are very happy with them.
After they finished the owner came back to have us sign off and made sure we were happy with everything.

I don't usually feel compelled to write a review but these guys deserve it. Fantastic prices, great windows, and even better service. Tom came out, measured, showed and explained different samples of windows, and gave me a detailed quote with pricing immediately. They stuck to the agreed timeframe, did exactly what they said they would do, and made sure I was happy through the whole process. Jasmin and Joe did excellent work, were very careful inside my home, and were very thorough with clean up. I couldn't be happier.

If you're looking for the best window company in Michigan, GlassXpert is the best window company. Jasmin did my windows this month and it looks wonderful. They order the windows within two weeks and it was installed the next day. If you have rental properties or your primary home need new windows, don't waste your time calling wall side window. GlassXpert has the best price out there and they very professional. They did an amazing job cleaning after themselves. Thanks, I greatly appreciate your services.
