Rick Watson's heating and air conditioning has been a family owned and operated business in Tallahassee, Florida since it was granted licensing in August of 1988. Starting out mostly in commercial and residential construction, we have since grown into a family owned service and replacement company.
Rick's experience in the service industry helped to establish a loyal customer base early on. Brett Watson started working for the company upon graduating high school and after completing the air conditioning program at Lively Vocational Technical School in 1998. Hunter Watson began working for the company in 2004 after graduating high school and attended Lively Vocational Technical School.
Rick, Brett, and Hunter make up the service and replacement crew of the business while Meghan Watson, who started with the company in 2010, handles administrative duties, scheduling service calls, and the day to day operations of the company. Together, Rick Watson's brings a combined 60+ years of experience in the Tallahassee heating and air conditioning industry.

This small company was referred to me by a friend. Can't say enough about how great this small company is. Spoke with Hunter 12p and his brother Brett called me 1212p. My HVAC unit was working again by 230p. Brett even had to pickup parts under warranty at SW TLH. Reasonable price. Even gave me suggestions on preventive maintenance. Problem: unit iced up, had to replaced circuit board (burnt, shown to me) and other part under warranty. Super service. Friendly. My new HVAC techs.

I was panicked when nothing was working and my thermostat wouldn't even come on and it was forecast to be 28 degrees. Brett came out on the same day and quickly found and fixed the problem and I am SO grateful. I hope I don't need them again for a while, but will definitely call when I do.

Quick, friendly and easy to work with! Within an hour of submitting our service request Brett was at our door, and he made short work of diagnosing & replacing the fried part and getting the cool air going again. No sales pitches for extra services, just quick, accurate work. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
