Buyer beware. We were installing a new tile backsplash in our kitchen. In the process we removed the 4 inch granite backsplash from the wall. As you can see from the picture the countertop was never scribed or lasered to the wall. As a result of this we were able to complete the backsplash as we wanted. Called TGP and got nothing but excuses. I.E. we didn't own the company then to that's the way its done. I call BS. If this is the workmanship they put out look elsewhere. Big shoutout to East Coast Tile for turning a shotty job into something beautiful.

Attempted to visit the store and was told I would have to make an appointment to get in. When I tried to make an appt, the only salesperson was on the phone and the receptionist answering couldn’t help me. I went to Millsboro where I was able to enter the store and was helped with my purchase. My question is why does the Granite Place advertise? Perhaps they should hire more sales staff and open their doors like the other similar businesses in the area have done.

My husband and I stopped in a few weeks ago, we waited for about 30 minutes for an employee to become available to help us out. The employee got to us and tried to help but needed another employee for our situation.
We just needed a small piece cut to put behind our new oven, the other employee said I’ll do a house call to see what granite you already have and measure. That sounded wonderful, we gave him our contact information and it’s been a few weeks and we have heard nothing.
We ended up ordering from ancient art stone, I would not recommend that granite place.

We just had out new granite countertops installed today. Love them. The buying process was super easy...worked with Donna...no pressure. 2 weeks start to finish...including 4th of July holiday...impressive! Installers were top notch, friendly, skilled, third floor walk up condo in the rain toting heavy granite...smiling faces, covered every inch of flooring entrance to installatio spot. Perfect cleanup after wards. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable for beach area.

Great choice of granite but very poor customer service due to bad communication. Templating was incorrect causing them to cut new stone, then the new stone was not cut correctly to the template causing further delays. Finally on the third try they got it correctly and we LOVE the way it looks that's why they get 3 stars and not 2.

Great service! Kyler did a great job helping us with our order. Had to take the granite back and cut another seam because could not get it move around the location then needed. Joe came back that afternoon and finished the job with another young man. They worked together very well and as I sat in the living room I could hear Joe pouring his knowledge and time into this young man and the young man was understanding doing and learning. Great job both of you. The counter looks great and my wife and I appreciate the strong finish that was made. I have already recommended The Granite Place to a friend

We had That Granite Place remove & replace our kitchen countertops last week . Our initial meeting at the shop with Mark & Joe was so easy ...believe me I was so nervous it was a big decision picking the right color & pattern . Sarah from the office even went out to the yard with us on one of our trips to help us make sure it matched our backsplash which was a big help . They laid it out for us at the shop so all the colors & patterns worked before they even came to our house to install. The crew led by Wilmer were so professional , clean & treated our house like their own . They did such a wonderful
