Lying dishonest employees = lying dishonest company. 0/5 stars would never let them in my house.
Was not a customer nor will i ever be now. One of your employees speeding hit my car, tried to pay me off multiple times in cash for repairs and didn't want to call the cops because he knew he was at fault. Then when the cop asked his side of the story said I "cut him off". SO yes, lying employees driving company car reflects badly on your company.
Your company's reputation is not only about the work you do, it's also about the integrity and quality of your employees. My encounter with your employee

KDM kitchen is head and shoulders better than any remodeling and home improvement contractor that we have ever used. We love our new kitchen, family room, living room and basement. They are back again this fall doing more work. I hope to have them remodel a bathroom next.

My husband and I can not say enough about KDM Kitchens. They were (Maureen and Jason) amazing from start to finish. We have a very small kitchen and really wanted more storage and better work flow and they were able to accomplish this and more! They were very helpful with every part of the process. The professionalism, The attention to detail and just overall knowledge was great. We honestly wake up everyday and can’t believe this is ours.....thanks to Maureen and Jason. Choosing KDM Kitchens to remodel our 1960's kitchen was one of the greatest decisions I've made as a home-owner. A local company, we worked directly with the owners (Maureen as designer, Jason as the contractor) and could not have been more pleased with the entire process.
I feel they truly listened to what we wanted in a remodel and stuck to budget. Not only that, they gave us so many flexible options we were able to do some work I didnt think was possible - their main concern was for us to be happy with the finished product, not nickel and dime us.
The only downside is they are in demand and

Maureen was amazing with the kitchen design- working closely with us on our needs/wants/budget. She came up with a design that is not only beautiful but functions extremely well our family. Likewise, Jason was fantastic to work with during the renovation. He was super organized and communicated really clearly what to expect day to day with the renovations. The work was done on time and with excellent quality. If we ever need a kitchen again, we would use KDM.

If only all contractors could follow the KDM model. Honest and professional. I had them renovate my kitchen a few years ago and have had Maureen and Jason assist in my current bathroom remodel.
Their attention to detail is incomparable. Having recommended them to others who share my satisfaction and respect for their honesty and integrity, I find the claim made concerning an employee to be very difficult to believe. Their long term delivery of amazing customer satisfaction speaks for itself.

I just would like to say Maureen is a visionary. We remodeled our kitchen last year which included renovating almost the entire lower level of our two story colonial. She worked through our wants and needs to design us the perfect kitchen that matched our budget. Maureen and Jay are the two nicest and most patient people making the planning of our kitchen, through the numerous iterations enjoyable and the execution of the remodel as painless as it could be.
