Cooling Experts called and asked if an earlier window would work... This is after I had called that same morning, so I was thrilled to be offered an earlier timeframe. Brandon arrived within an hour of the phone called, diagnosed a leak, repaired it, and added coolant. This is after I was told by another company that I needed a new unit and was given estimates ranging from roughly $12,000 for a higher end unit to $7000 for the lowest. Thank God I was able to get a second opinion!! Thanks Cooling Experts for exceptional service!!
