The two individuals they sent came without face masks. When we asked them to put face masks and shoe covers, they suddenly became rude and started slamming their tools on the floor. After being there barely 15 minutes, they just stated that they "fixed the issue" and would not say anything more. They left without customary courtesy.

I requested service thru American home shield and they sent me this company. The guy came to fix a leak under my sink and when he came he said "parts are not covered" because I didn't tell my warranty company that the part needs to be replaced but told the warranty that there is just a leak. He offered to close the leak with some tape and cover the leak but made me pay extra for the parts. Then after he left there was still a leak under the sink so I had to get my warranty company to get them out again and he charged me again for a part... these guys will not honor your warranty

AHS assigned a plumbing repair to this company, a broken garbage disposal, possible plumbing leak and my jacuzzi tub has stopped working.
A woman called to schedule the home visit appointment and was so argumentative and rude that it went no further. And this is the first contact! smh
She basically wanted to argue about the repair order for the jacuzzi/whirlpool tub issue. They don't do that. That would be another contractor.
I said that is not my decision to make, and to send the work order back to AHS. They would take care of it.

Home warranty company sent them to address my hot water heater not working. It was clear that the technician had no intentions on fixing everything as he hurried through making quick decisions like he had somewhere else to be. Came back several days later to replace 1 water heater and repair another. Two days later...no hot water!!

If I could give 0 stars to complete a review on this company I would. I had an appointment scheduled today with a 4hr window for their arrival (which I was fine with). The plumber calls me and says he can be at my home in 20 minutes but I was about 35 or 40 minutes from my home. His words (Chad) were "well I'm not gonna wait for you so you will need to call the office and reschedule". I call the office and spoke with Michelle preparing to reschedule when she decides to tell me "well sir a 4hr window is our policy so I'm not sure why you are complaining". This was odd

This company is extremely dishonest and was trying to sell me on repairs outside of the home warranty contract. The plumber purposely lied about the damages and lied about my claim status. He made up a story that my floors were replaced and the damage was due to the floor level of the new floors. He purposely tries to get Home Warranty Claims denied so that he can charge extremely high prices outside of the home warranty, i.e. making sure the claim gets denied. He also did not clean up after he left. Extremely unprofessional and would NOT recommend their services. He made sure my claim was denied

Like many people effected by the recent cold weather, we had broken pipes. The company was referred to us from friends and responded very quickly to our request for service. The company sent Domingo Lopez and his assistant. They showed on time, were polite and very professional. Not only did they repair our broken pipes, they took time to check all of our other internal pipes and external faucets. American Home Shield sent this company to fix my toilet leak problem. I knew what the problem was. The upper bowl had developed a crack. The Lindsay repair tech tried to tell me it was cracked because of excessive force. This couldn't be further from the truth. This toilet is in a master bathroom used by my wife and I. Neither one of us is strong enough to crack 1" thick porcelain. I told the technician that he was wrong there was no excessive force and he had no evidence to believe it to be true.

This company was sent by American Home shield, I told the plumber the toilet in master bedroom was not working properly, he took one second to say it was fine. If he would have respected and done what I told him, I would not have to go to Home Depot and spend 400. On new toilet and installation. The handle is Impossible to flush, it leaks from inside. And won't turn off and keeps running. Only way was for me to get tool to turn water off. They need to pay attention to homeowners and fix it, that's why they were called.

If I could give no stars, I would. I am SO disappointed with the level of service and professionalism from the technician who came out to my home. He walked into my home and instantly started diagnosing my issue without even looking at the problem area. When asked if he was going to at least take a look at the problem, he asked for a the location of the clean out. My husband was not familiar with the location and asked for a few minutes to look for our home paperwork and the technician would not wait. All in all, the technician was at our home no more than 20 minutes and somehow diagnosed our problem

Called to have my shower fixed because it was spraying water out of the valve- put the knob back on wrong so the cold is really hot and hot is cold(no attention to detail) and it still sprays water out. I was told it couldn't be fixed which is a bunch of BS he obviously didn't know what he was doing- waste Of money

I want to thank Andrew from the Lindsay Company. He came out to look at our water heater on the Friday of the July 4th weekend and did some troubleshooting on it to fix and came back today with the heating element needed to fix our electric water heater. He was on time and provided great knowledge to me on what caused my water heater to break. I appreciate his dedication to fix my water heater and would recommend his work and his company.

WORST PLUMBERS EVER DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM TRUST ME. This guy named Domingo I believe came over to fix a leak in my house, first of all my sink is still leaking even after he claimed he "fixed it". Then before he left he asked me to pay him an extra $100 cash even though the job is covered by my insurance and I paid my deductible. When I told him no he refused to leave my house. I asked him kindly to leave my house and he refused. Then I threatened to call the police since he wouldn't leave MY PROPERTY and he said "call the police their number is 911" mocking me.

Be careful who you hire! They represent your Company and work reputation and ethics even on the road. Short temper people are dangerous! This driver I encountered almost drove me off the road just because I wanted to get in front of his lane. Not only that; he aggressively braked so I could hit him from behind. Our home insurance contracted Lindsay Company to investigate what appeared to be water damage in our master bathroom. The first plumber that visited our home was not able to conclude what exactly the source of the leak was. He stated that he had an "educated guess" as to what the source of the potential leak was but would not be certain until he could see inside the walls to get a clearer image of the piping. He also recommended that we get someone with a leak detector and/or moisture detector come to our home in order to learn the extent of where the leakage may have traveled to because

DO NOT USE THEM!!! It's a trap... horrible horrible horrible!!!! Never ever again. Destroyed my home and really didn't care. Seriously RUN FROM THEM!! They happily put extra holes and BIG holes in your walls while smiling and saying I don't fix walls.
To your response... there must be a reason to cut holes? Yes because he could and did it smiling! He cut the bottom half of a wall!! He threw a pipe at me with no apology.... 2 hours became 5 hours..... so the response is because they could... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I hired cleaners to clean up the mess that was left!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. So, I noticed some small water damaged in the sheetrock in the entry of my home. I contacted my American Home Shield who contracted The Lindsay Co. They sent out Andrew with Lindsay the next day. Andrew came out took pictures and said I had a leak in my attic behind my AC Unit. He left with and said they he would contact AHS for permission to fix the pipe and he said he'd let me know result. I never heard anything after a day so I contacted AHS who said the request was closed. They said that Andrew responded that there were no leaks. I told them that he said

There is something SO wrong about American Home Shield referring this specific company to do the work! I feel like they are part of some dirty work that HS refuses to do!
I would highly recommend using a different company! They must train their service workers to do less as much as possible. The plumper that came was very nice! I am sure it was THIS BS company that told him to do less work as possible!!!
Going back to the same issue- Your plumber didn't finish the work the First time! He left a water mess before he fixed the leak!!!! My ceiling is STILL wet!
