We really like Dane Contracting! This is the second time we’ve had them come out to our home. They initially put on a new roof a few years ago did a great job. We had to have them come out because a storm hit in the area and a tree fell on our house. They just finished up repairing it today. Great professional, courteous and reliable company…Jeremiah is a great guy!

Jeremiah took a look a leaking roof for me and saw that it was a combination of flashing & window framing. He sealed it for me FREE of charge and didn’t quote me for a roof that I didn’t need yet for maybe another 3-5 years. Definitely will call them for when I do need the roof! Whenever, in the future, we need to have our roof replaced, I will definitely be calling Dane Contractors again. Jeremiah kept us updated and explained every aspect of the job through the entire process. He checked on availability of the shingles we chose right when we picked them and had them set-up for delivery. They showed up on time and his crew did an outstanding job with the tear-off and install and had it done in a day. They spent an hour after the job was finished cleaning up our yard of roofing paper and old nails, including the neighbors yard. Our new roof looks great! I would strongly

Let me say that Jeremiah kept in contact from beginning to end and I’m very satisfied with the my roof 😁. The men and lady of the crew again thank you for the hard work you did. The crew found a 3rd layer which I didn’t know I had, I just thought I had 2 ( my 1st home) and Jeremiah work with me on the finial bill !! When we used this contractor, there was an issue of a leak. And we still had a balance that was over and above what our contract was for. Dane writes in small print 10% for profit and overhead. So what you sign to is not the price it is 90%, and Dane will bill you for the additional 10%. Then as we were trying to get the leak fixed with Dane, he would come out until the balance was paid. As we told him we didn't have the additional amount, and that if we did we wouldn't pay it until the leak was repaired anyway, then he threatened to put a mechanics lien on our property. Dane Contracting did a partial roof on my mother's house. From the first phone call I felt comfortable. Jeremiah was awesome to work with! He took time to explain what he found, how it would be fixed and kept me informed during the entire process. On the day of repair, he was onsite, preparing things for the crew and came back to inspect the work. The crew was great, clean up was fabulous and the roof looks amazing! Very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish!

Dane roofing did my in laws roof this last summer. But the workers forgot to add some flashing and now thier roof is leaking in the hallway. And we are having high winds and heavy rain. They came out late friday evening. Laid some plastic and said they'd be back in a bit with more materials to fix it. Never came back. Never called to say they couldn't make it back. And its Saturday morning. They have been open over an hour and haven't called my in laws yet today. Terrible customer service and apparently terrible job done.
