Although they were PAID IN FULL..100% & prior to the work being completed, they put a lien on my house. Their poor work cost an additional $2250.00 plus. Thus I dropped their rating. to no stars as this is additional unethical & unprofessional behavior. They released the fraudulent lien 1/28/21.

J&J did our fence yesterday. They were on time, professional and did exactly what was promised. It’s a beautiful fence and we are very happy. They were not the cheapest but they offered the best guarantee and we felt confident that we were getting exactly what we wanted.

After getting quotes from several other places, I was impressed by the level of service that Kimberly provided at our first meeting. She took the time to understand my needs, and offer suggestions that I hadn't thought of regarding my difficult neighbor. Other companies either didn't bother to show or left me with the impression that I was an inconvenience to them. Communication was excellent, and requests were answered promptly. I needed my iron fence sand blasted and powder coated. My review is based on one call, one meeting, and multiple emails -- the company did not do any work for me. Kimberly (one of the owners) was very professional and knowledgeable. I was excited that I had found the right company for the work I needed. But then she sent me the contract. It required me to pay 75% of the fee before the company had done any work. It also had other terms that were very one-sided. Kimberly explained that the 75% requirement was not really intended for the work I needed, but they have to treat all contracts in
