Outstanding service! 3 years with them. We have a service contract that found the problem they fixed yesterday. The work was done promptly and well. Can't say enough good about every contact we've ever had with them. They have done wk on our pumps and our motors and they guarantee new equipment for a year. They still take a personal check and you can pay online.

We used them for a system install at our previous home 15 years ago,so we knew who to call with an issue at our current home. Our technician Aubrey made an appointment to come out Sunday morning and he was right on time. We knew the aerator motor was burned up and as part of the call out we also needed our tanks drained. Mr. Aubrey has a lot of experience and has the knowledge when dealing with other types of aerobic systems. He gave us tips on keeping our newly refreshed system going for several more years. New pump, filled tanks, reset timers to automatic, all done in a very professional manner

I'm very please to update that both the owner Mrs Hopkins in reference to a negative fb post contacted me and so did the technician to apologize. I know now that the work was done properly and the backup of water in my home was caused by a separate issue but the screws being taken by mistake and not being able to secure the lids was acknowledged and Mrs. Hopkins sent out another technician first thing this morning as promised to have this issue resolved. I am very glad that people can see that a bad review doesn't mean you can't turn a situation around and make amends. I'm very satisfied with the

They were unprofessional and they kept "finding" things that we had to give them extra cash for but they refused to put it on the official bill so that we could write them a lump sum check. And when we refused to give them cash they threatened to call the health department for some fake complaint. Never again

Robert at A1 Wastewater installed my aerobic system on hwy 90 across from the Beaumont Municipal Airport which is in a designated flood plane. I was required by law to hire a surveyor, obtain a elevation certificate, and build my foundations on the property above a specific elevation. I tried to explain this to the installers from A1 when they were here doing the installation. As I observed the install I told them that even a 2" rainfall had often produced standing water above the concrete tanks at the elevation that they were placing them.
