Have always enjoy the service from Lush Lanscapes, both at my personal residence and my rental properties. I've had other landscape vendors in the past, but Chris and Terri are quick and get the job done and always results in beyond what I hoped for. They are more go-to landscape vendor now. The price is great, and it's nice to have them handle the entire job, instead of using multiple vendors and having to buy materials from all sorts of different places.

So happy with our landscaping results. We had Lush take out the builder grade shrubs and design new front beds for us. They took the time to go over the many different recommendations they had and why one type of plant would do better than another based on location, soil, etc. They balanced all the plants and trees based on color and size and it looks like a whole different house. Also laid drip irrigation throughout the beds so everything is thriving.

My primary residence is out of town, so I was in Dallas for only a short time and needed help in a hurry. Chris came out and met me on a Sunday afternoon to do an irrigation inspection and to review my landscape needs...He showed me what irrigation fixes I needed, what plants needed to be replaced and made some good enhancement ideas. We spent a few hours discussing design ideas and he only charged me for the sprinkler inspection.

I foolishly hired Chris and Terry to landscape my front yard. After receiving the fraudulent receipt pricing - and calling the vendors that chris admitted to using -I found that this couple double and tripled the pricing of materials! The sod from A1 in plano was charged at $6.98 a sqyd but when I spoke to the manager the sod is only $1.80 a sqyd! I called longhorn supply is plano about the bender board edging and it was $2.30 a foot but Chris/Terry charged $9.00 a foot on my receipt! My rainbird irrigation controller was charged at $305 but the same model is available for $106 on amazon. The plants

They came out to repair a sprinkler leak last Friday. Charged $70.00 for a Service call, that does not get applied to any work. Did nothing to repair the leak. I really don't think they had any intention of fixing anything.
Stated they would send a detailed work estimate over the weekend. 3 days later, I've not received anything from them.

Their maintenance options roll everything in... no having to pay one company for grass cutting and another for bush trimming and yet another for sprinkler/irrigation care. They pay attention to quality so much more than the last company we went through.
I would recommend Lush for general service/lawn maintenance as well as for jobs like laying sod. They successfully transformed our front yard after the drought in 2014.

They diagnosed the problem, a bad solenoid and valve, gave me a price and replaced both for a reasonable price. Checked the entire system and left. My kind of people, efficient, reasonable, reputable and fast, not to mention friendly
