Last December, they cleaned my chimney and did a good job, though a bit pricey. They told me I needed repairs to my outside chimney. Price quoted was $300. I agreed to the service. Ernie said they were busy and would return in 3-4 weeks. I called the end of January to schedule the repairs. I was told they were still busy but would get to it. I called this week and left a voicemail. They responded with a message they were still busy. I secured another contractor who will make the repairs next week for considerably less money. Making me wait 6 months is not good customer service. I guess my job was

We used this company for the first time this year. They came and did a wonderful job on the chimney sweep, BUT they proceeded to tear the insert to our stove completely apart for repairs (which was fine). After three weeks we called to see where we were on the parts and they have no recollection of our job. We’ve tried to continually call for status updates with no luck. We will not use or recommend them.
