First place that gave me a quote, communicated well, showed up when they said and did a nice job for a good price. I bought a house at the end of November and wanted a place for my dogs to play. This company installed a fence at my neighbor’s house. The men were rude, intimidating and unprofessional. The men went 15-20 feet inside my yard without permission (aka trespassing) for reasons unknown. They trampled on plants. My sister went outside to politely ask them to leave our fenced in yard, so we could take our dogs out. The men refused. They left huge branches in our yard that I had to remove. A tree they cut down also fell on our fence. After the men left our yard and it seemed they were done cutting down trees, I let my dogs out into their fenced in yard. One man upon seeing my dogs

Update: In addition to the strikingly unprofessional behavior of the men (trespassing, being dangerous, refusing to leave my fenced in yard, leaving branches in my yard), the fence is uneven and sloppily installed. Some posts have rounded tops, while others are straight. The worker that refused to leave my yard yesterday kept peering into my yard. I can’t emphasize enough how uncomfortable and unsafe I feel in my own home with these workers next door.

Buying a house while out of State with 3 dogs was stressful. I contacted Stephen and told him I would be at the house I was to purchase for an inspection and could he meet me there. He did with minimal notice. He told me of his availability and I requested that the fence be completed by a certain date prior to my moving in with the dogs. He did it! It was completed and when we arrived at our house with our 3 dogs they were able to run around thanks to Stephen of Therrien. I am so grateful, any dog owner would understand. Plus, it looks great. I am the neighbor referred to in the comments below (Dubois). I did inform my neighbor of the fence work I was having done and the fact that it included some tree and branch removal. There has been no damage to my neighbor’s chain link fence and to my knowledge all branches and debris were cleaned up by Therrien Fence. The crew have been polite and meticulous and not the least bit intimidating. They have gone above and beyond in making sure that my new fence is exactly what I want and where I want it. Steve Therrien and his crew replaced an older post and rail fence along our main street side and around our lamppost out front. along with some post replacements on our backyard privacy fence. They did an outstanding job! The 110' length along the road is perfectly straight and we have had many complements from neighbors. They managed to do the job in one very long day and were very neat. Price was very good too. I highly recommend this company !

Steve was recommended by a family member and I couldn’t be happier with my new fence. Steve was amazing to work with from the start. He promptly returned my voicemail when I requested a quote, and was out at my property early the following week. If you want your fence installed without being level or straight, these are your guys! After three return trips, my fence is still not correct and I will have to try and get it level and straight in the spring myself. I could have done a better job installing without them.
