Bob Capoferri started the company in Hammonton, NJ in 1985. He continued to develop and grow a strong construction company with highly skilled crews, state of the art modern equipment and produces a quality line of asphalt emulsion products. His work has spanned the globe from ports overseas to the Azures in Portugal to the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States.

Now in it's fourth decade in business Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. is active in micro surface installation and road construction projects in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Georgia and Florida. Our work ranges from producing and supplying Asphalt Emulsion Products, Micro-surfacing roads in 1/4 thin lifts that are cost effective and environmentally friendly, to reclaiming and reconstruction of roads.

I called for estimates for some asphalt for my business the first time they never called me back I called them back made an appointment to have someone come give me an estimate still no call no show from them suggest going other route

Critical: Quality
I live in a HOA and this is the second time this company had come out because they screwed the first time up.. never leveled anything and just paved. I posted a picture of the asphalt already being ripped up because of the poor quality.

Very unsafe and if your looking to work with them dont they only hire ppl for the big jobs and then lay you off after the job is done

My name is Kimberly Shaffer. I had to pull into their parking lot due to a flat tire. One of their trucks were pulling out. Rudy, the driver, stopped and changed my tire. I was so thankful!! Thanks sooo much Rudy!!

Worst company out there. No regard to saftey.. The employees are constantly damaging property. The road crews are rude. Seen multiple times where this company has to return to redo and repair the jobs. I do not recommend this company unless you are prepared to be disrespected and ripped off.

This company is very unsafe. No proper safty equipment. No proper maintance of traffic. Several near mishap traffic accidents. When needing to talk to someone I was given the run around by a secretary named Mackenzie. She stated that there was no one to take such phone calls. Very unprofessional. Would not use or recommend.
