He will come to your home, diagnose your appliance's problem, and give you an explanation of the repairs needed and an honest quote for parts and labor if they need to be installed. Many times he can fix the problem the same day as he carries of common parts needed on his service van. We have a service call charge of $85.00 for the first 1/2 hour which covers diagnosis and for many.it is repaired during that 1/2 hour also.
After the first 1/2 hour it is $40 each half hour. Out of city limits is charged a little extra for mileage. We depend on our appliances to work for us everyday and when they break down it's a large inconvenience. I know how important it is to keep your appliances in working order.

Services
Bob just left our house after fixing the dryer, a very necessary appliance for a family. This is the second time he's been in our home, as he worked on our refrigerator last time. Bob is an incredibly talented repair person. He was able to fit me in his schedule, was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how he could fix my dryer without ordering and replacing a very expensive part.

I recommend Bob's Appliance to anyone needing a great experience and customer service. My garage freezer went out and could have potentially cost a lot of money to replace the food. Bob came out the same day, within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got it working temporarily as it needed a new part. Advised it was frosting up in the back, and how to keep it running while we wait for the part (shipping parts has been long due to COVID). As soon as the part came in he was back at my house and replaced it within 20 minutes. Also went the extra mile and cleaned up the bottom of ice and

Bob has been our savior! Over the years he has kept my new refrigerator and microwave working (these new appliances are made to break as soon as they're out of warranty). And he has kept my OLD clothes washer working for years! 😊 He is on time, nice, dependable, not too expensive and very nice. His wife handles all appointments and is also a pleasure to work with.

Bob has as been one of the best choices I've made using Yelp. He has worked on our fridge twice. Once on the ice maker and once to get a smell out of the fridge that we couldn't figure out, but that we inherited when we bought the place.
We also had him come over to fix the handle on our dishwasher. Our appliances are not top-end, but we are holding on to them til we rennovate. He keeps them going!!

Bob's Appliance Repair went above and beyond expectations for me to fix my 20 year old Jenn-Air stove! He was persistent in finding the parts I needed to do the repair so that I did not have to replace the entire unit! I know that other repairmen would have just told me the parts were not available and the cost to me would have been much higher! I HIGHLY recommend them!
