We begin every staff meeting with a reading of our mission, vision and core values. Back in 2003, in the face of tremendous growth, we knew it was time to develop a strategic plan. As part of that process, we brainstormed what it means to work at Hayner Hoyt. Turns out, our company culture was pretty well defined before it was, well, defined.

My husband worked for this corporation for many years. It's a great company to work for. In my opinion they are more than fair with compensation for their employees who work hard. Their human resources department was always very kind and helpful when needed. The company is ran by some very respected and intelligent people.
When my husband was part of their team he would receive very generous Christmas bonuses which always came in handy as well as gift cards for local grocery stores that was enough to pay for employees and their families Christmas dinner.

I am a subcontractor for Hayner Hoyt. They are focus on providing their clients a good experience and an exceptional final product. They have some great people working for them. Chis Bullock is very skilled and a helpful superintendent. Jack Barni is a very sharp estimator and scrutinizes my bids, lol. They always pay me on time. I would work for these guys again.
