As of right now I am not impressed. I called to get an evaluation of my project I had in mind for them to do the install and answer a few question. But today when the gentleman called to let me know that he would be coming out he asked if I understood there is a 150.00 fee for this service. Now I do understand that this takes time and money. But from a customer stand point please be upfront about it.

My wife and I recently moved to Apple Valley and our forever home needed a fireplace. After being turned down by other companies because they were all booked up until March 2022, Lorraine and her team at Buckeye Stoves was willing to take my money (JK). I was given a date of Jan 3rd for install. Well, after the estimate Buckeye Stoves called and said they could install December 21st. They came out and framed the hearth, installed the heatilater fireplace, cut the hole in my house and we had a lot of fun doing it. This was a great experience for us and the team was very professional. Thank you Buckeye

Cashed our check immediately. Took weeks to get our report. Only sent after we called them. Told us they didn’t have our email address. However, they had our phone number, so they could have called us to get our email address. When we got the so-called ‘report’, it was 1 paragraph of information we already knew.

Great local business. Decided that it was time to add a pellet insert to my home. I was trying to not rely totally on propane. A good friend of mine suggested that I go down to buckeye stove and talk to them about a stove. The owner Loraine answered all of my questions about the Harman pellet insert that I was interested in. I left there very confident about the stove that I was going to purchase. To make a long story short. I had to do some modifications to my fireplace to make the insert fit. After two more trips to buckeye stove, to take more measurement and ask more questions which they generously

We built our home in 2016, and it has a nice propane furnace that we have not used except for the few days we have been out of town! We heat with our Hearthstone Stove and it has more than satisfied our needs.
