I normally go by the reviews but due to lack of time I went with this service the movers pull up in a one bedroom Uhaul truck with no dolly or tools to break down anything if the speed limit was 30 they went 20 so all this was a trick and con to make the process longer to move so. I called about this what was going on he told me this wasn't actually his movers it's Buy a Buddy guys I said omg they have the worst reviews for over charging people he said I didn't wanna not move you I said by sending me to a crook when it was time to setup my things they told me the owner trying to charge you seven

If I could post 0 stars for this business I would. We hired them to provide 2 men to unload a moving truck. They took a deposit of $175. When the day came to move the two guys never showed. After contacting the boss he assured me that two men would still show up. They never did and my wife and I were left to unload and move in the entire truck. The best part? It's now 6 days later and my deposit is yet to be refunded...............I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. Terry Henry did not bring the right size truck for my delivery. The truck they had had a huge hole in it that exposed my belongings. Smh. The truck had "2 Soldiers and a Truck" on it but the movers were not soldiers. He is using that as a gimmick for business. All of my belongings were not able to fit on the truck and he told me to leave him my key and he would move it out 2 days later. No sir, I will not leave a stranger a key to my home. I had to rent a uhaul myself and bring the remaining stuff down to Houston from Lake Charles

So far the movers where 3hours and 40minutes late. But at least they where pleasant. When they arrived at my residence they where expecting payment up front when I was told I didn't have to pay until the move was complete. I ended up paying for an extra hour because they where a bit confused on what I needed when I also was informed they would get straight in begin packing and all and complete everything. I probably still have about 3 hours worth of work to do at this damn apartment. And the movers had know idea they should have been at my place by 8am. They arrived at 1132am. When I arrived at

If I could give a zero I would. Worst service and most unethical owner I've ever seen. If you give a poor rating Henry, the owner, will not show up after you've paid for service.
Yep you heard me right. Movers didn't show up and he kept my deposit. I called BBB and they have over 100 complaints. I used 2 Cajuns and A Truck the next day due the total unprofessional like conduct of this poorly managed business.

Used this company twice, once to move just a washer and dryer into my apt when I first purchased them and then to assist with my move out. BOTH times the scheduling was quick and easy. The movers arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment and were friendly, polite, and professional. The cost is straight forward and there are no hidden fees. Very professional & dependable company. Buy a Buddy is my only recommendation for moving assistance in that area! Keep up the great work!

They are crooks. Worst experience ever. Kept my money, never showed up, owner will leave you hanging out to dry over a bad rating, rude and very unprofessional. We had to rehire someone else and was late moving because of these guys. Call 2 Trucks and a Cajun if you want real dependable and professional service. Called the BBB and not to my surprise they have over 170 complaints. Just check it out if you don't believe me. Also been involved in a lawsuit. I can't imagine why, I mean they did steal my money and tell me to go screw myself.

Horrible. In 25 years of military service and too many moves to count this was the shady-est company I've ever used. Final price was not what was quoted... i.e hidden charges. Then they do not take checks. Cash only. Refused to unload the truck until I paid the bill. Terry the manager was flippant and not helpful at all. Bottom line for in town moves get a UHaul and hire some teenagers. They can do the same thing much much cheaper. Very disappointed.

Absolute worst moving company ever! They don't even deserve one star.
First of all, they showed up an hour and a half late. Brought double the amount of guys agreed upon. Tried charging double the amount of time. Had to talk to three different people to try and get things resolved, one of which put me on hold and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
They also took my credit card info and said it was to hold the the date and that it wouldn't be charged. Wrong. They charged $139 deposit which I never agreed to. Then when I didn't use their services they said the deposit was non refundable even though

Worst experience possible. As prior service military and civilian contractor, I've done a great deal of moving around the US and abroad. By far, this was the worst experience I've ever encountered. My $4,000 Tempurpedic mattress was dragged through the mud and grass, wood and leather couches beat to hell on the concrete and through doorways and I had to do the heavy lifting to get a dresser into my home because one of the personnel was unable to manage. All of this was on top of being an hour and half late. No call was made saying they would be late or that they were finally on their way. A two
