My name is Mark McLeod and I'm the owner of McLeod Home Designs LLC based in Tri-cities area (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland) in Washington State. As a house designer with over 34 years of experience, I specialize in designing high quality, custom homes at a great price. With over 1800 designs completed, we have served many clients and designed many homes ranging in many architectural styles.

I personally spend one on one time with you to design and customize your dream home just the way you want it. And if you're not entirely sure what you want, that's okay too. I'm here to help you every step of the way. Not only do we design dream homes for families but we also design for contractors who need multiple house designs for their developments.

I'm proud to say that most of our clients are either referrals or they are repeat clients. This is great feedback our clients recommend us to their friends because we know that we are doing something right. With designing roughly 100 custom houses a year, we are the area leaders in custom house design.

Mark and the team are very professional and thoughtful in the design process and designing a plan that is cost effective to build and his after sale service is great in terms of dealing with city bodies and advice. Also very cost effective in terms of cost compared to other designers.

I'm a local builder and have worked with many designers over the years. When my own house burned down earlier this year and I needed a fresh set of plans for a different house plan, I had only Mcleod Home Designs in mind to do the job.

I’m happy to say that we finally have our dream house! We weren’t very sure exactly how we wanted everything at first, but that’s where Mark stepped in! He helped and informed us about a lot of things we wouldn’t have thought about when designing a house. When recommending a home designer/ architect in the Tri-City area, I highly recommend him. You might think you have everything figured out, but it really pays to have a really good house designer that KNOWS what they're doing. Mr. McLeod was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping us decide on what type of house to design. He walked us through everything and answered all our questions. He was swamped with a lot of other projects at the time and we were very eager to get the prints in our hands, so hopefully we didn't bug him too much.
