We moved into a new house in April 18. We decided to get a pool installed. We contacted All Seasons Pools and Robert with the design shop made an appointment to come by our house to help design our pool. He was very knowledgeable. Great experience from the start of planning with Tom to the construction process with Grant! Spent time planning the exact requirements before starting and saw the 3D renderings of how it would look. Buyer beware! Don't do it! Their communication is the worst I've ever seen for a company. They don't answer texts or emails. You call on the phone it'll go to voicemail no one returned your call. Everything started fine in the first month they got a lot done and after that one thing a month. March they marked out the line they dug up the grass. Then they came back and dug the hole put in the wire. They pre-plumbed and they put in the Gunite. Then the pool sat. April I think the plumber came and ran the plumbing from the pool to where the filter is going to be. May I think it

I truly don't know how you guys stay in business! You have taken so long on my pool that the permit expired. One of your employees took a concrete saw and cut up my hot tub over 2 1/2 months ago and still no one there to repair it. I have called and left messages a dozen times without one returned phone call. All I want is someone to give me information about when they are actually going to work on my pool. Over 6 months and all I have is a blown pool with a cut up hot tub!!

Boy! what an awful experience! I have seen so many great reviews on other companies near me and for some reason don't know why I chose this company. I am spreading the word to my family and friends that are considering to have a pool built not to use them at all!!! Trust me that's about $250,000 that went down the drain! Awful schedules no communication within themselves, caught them in lies a few times, sub trades that have no consideration, nor the expertise, throwing cans bottles and food in my backyard thinking this is a job site like any other. No responsibilities whatsoever

So, it's now April, over a year since we signed contracts with them, and I'm STILL NOT DONE! They have NEVER shown up as scheduled for an appointment...something ALWAYS happens to make the apologize and reschedule, and only after I call them! Folks, this is Florida...pool contractors are everywhere. You CAN do better than these guys.

Very unhappy with the communications and very long time to build the pool. After almost 5 months we pretty much have a $40K mosquito infested garbage hole in the ground. It looks like an abandoned construction site. The contractors come for a couple hours a day, and don't see anyone for 10 days to 2 weeks again. A lot of promises, but nothing done. Poor attention to detail and sloppy work. Very unhappy and would definately not recommend this pool company.

Went for our first swim last night! When we decided to build a pool I treated it like a competitive solicitation. I wrote down what we wanted, drew some sketches, and sent it out to 12 pool companies. Seven responded and All Seasons Pools (ASP) had the best offer combining price and features with experience - that is why we selected them.
ASP got to work right away. They did the drawings, applied for permits, but most importantly - they let us know what was going on. As to be expected with any major construction project, there were some problems along the way - and I am sure that would hold true

Buying your first pool can be scary when trying to choose a builder. Luckily a friend of the family owns a Pool Service company so he sees the good and bad pools from various builders. Every time I would ask him about a company I had gotten a quote from he would tell me to stay away. Finally I just asked who SHOULD I go with. The only reason I put one star is because it's the only way I can post a review!! I live in a beautiful subdivision and one of my neighbors is using All Season Pools and I just felt I needed to warn others about this company!!!!
My neighbor is thoroughly discussed with them as well as most of the neighborhood! There has been a huge hole in their back yard and it has been there for approximately 6 months now! It is a mess and it seems my neighbor can't get anything done!

First, I would like to begin this criticism, of All Seasons by saying that the overall work done by this company and its sub-contractors is just sloppy!!! I agreed to allow All Seasons access to my yard to install an in ground pool for my neighbors. From the beginning, when they simply removed my fence and subsequently buried it under 5ft of dirt from the excavation site, I've witness one sloppy and careless phase after another. I take pride in my yard's appearance, to the point that I power wash my fence a few times a year to avoid permanent stains.
