Peter was a great salesman but it ended there. Customer service sucks! Many phone calls and/or texts have been sent and absolutely no response from anyone - very frustrating. Maybe a live person to at least answer the phone so there is some sort of communication as there is none the way it is now. Leave a message - yeah right. Might as well save your breath. Promises made and never fulfilled with no explanation. STILL WAITING to complete my fireplace. We live 100 miles from Wichita and have had to make NUMEROUS trips to pick up items that were forgotten - backordered - lost? I suggested shipping

I have yet to make a purchase at this business but just because the customer service involved as well as the defiant behavior of the workers I am definitely going to put it at the top of my list when I decide to move forward with my project. They provided me at the answers to the majority of my questions as well as information on what their current offers and promotions are. Great business model so far definitely looking forward to doing more business with them.

The worst customer service in my 65 years. No live person to answer the phone. You leave a message and rarely get a call back. I have waited 2 months on a new fireplace door and have never received a call if it’s ready to install or if the order is delayed. I made 4 calls and a text in the last 5 days. NO one has called or responded back. So disappointing. I could kick myself for not ordering from a competitor who had a live person to answer.

I called Dod and Gregg was out there that same day and had a quote to me within 24 hours. Gregg, is a pleasure to work with, he's available, communicates well, and provides the information you need to make an informed decision.
Paul the installer is amazing as well. Aside from a new beautiful stove being in place you could not tell he had been there. They cleaned up completely and the job looks amazing! Paul was also a joy to work with!

Dod Installations Inc is the only place in Wichita I would recommend. I was wanting to install a fireplace myself before the holidays but quickly realized after visiting several store around Wichita that this was most likely not going to happen. Everywhere I went did not have what I needed in stock and it would take 6-8 weeks to get it in. Not to mention I felt like I knew as much as the people selling the fireplace to me ( which wasn't much). I stopped in to Dod and was surprised to find that they not only had the fireplace that I needed in stock, but also had everything else to finish the job
