I have used Ideal Air twice to replace the existing two zone HAVC system back in 2018 and recently. Very professional and easy to work with. Good quality and reasonable price. I never had any issues with the system installed back in 2018.

Got my AC installed with these guys. The technicians who came to install were cursing out and did a hurried up job. "Customer Service" is a word unknown to them as company. I had a hard time with them once the commitment is done, the tone changes. I will not recommend this company and the hell I went through. There are dime a dozen Rheem installers all over North Jersey. If I could do it all over again, i will never go with them again

Ideal Air is an absolutely fantastic company to work with. My AC broke during a heat wave. I called Lou owner from Ideal Air and he was able to come measure, get me an estimate and model info, and complete the job within 2 days. I truly appreciate Lou's professionalism and his willingness to move his schedule around to accomodate me. I highly recommend Lou and his company for all of your AC, heating, ducts,ventsion, and HVAC needs. They are true professionals.

My plumber referred me to Lou and his team for emergency heating repair. The team showed deep knowledge and experience, fixed the problem as quickly as possible, and were pleasant to work with. Company seems trustworthy, and I will now use for a spring /fall maintenance plan.

We just had our furnace replaced by Ideal Air. And I felt compelled to share our experience.
First, when the furnace initially gave out I was scrambling to find someone to come right away to get it working at least temporarily. I called Ideal Air and they said they’d be there within the hour and guess what....he was there in 45 mins. Awesome.
We concluded it had to be replaced. It was 20+ years old.
We set the date, they said they’d arrive around 10am. And AGAIN...they’re early! Love that.

Called Ideal Air immediately after finding black soot in front of my furnace, the owner Lou called me back promptly & was empathetic knowing this was a big ticket item for me, he told me to check with PSEG first to see if they could fix the issue , which they could not. The problem occurred on a Saturday, by Monday morning at 9AM Ideals workers were in my house replacing the unit. The workers were courteous, professional and answered any questions I asked of them, & the area where they were working was left spotless & any boxes or garbage that accumulated during installation were left neatly outside

We had Ideal Air install a second AC zone in our condo, and replace the first floor furnace and AC. They used top quality equipment, did the installation very professionally, and cleaned up nicely. The price was far less than a large competitor in the area, and everything works great. We are very pleased. However because this is not a large company, and they are in high demand, you have to be patient in finally getting your job scheduled and completed.
