I don’t know how you feel about one of your technicians moving across the double white line into the HOV lane when he simply couldn’t wait five seconds for me to pass someone. Not to mention speeding near 90mph. That’s just ridiculous. Your techs should know better due to the fact that you’re literally a traveling billboard with your signage on the side and back.

Technicians Quinn and Jimbo were great working quickly and efficiently to determine the problem with our AC. They were both friendly and clearly experts in their field. We had a very disappointing experience with Sanders and Johnson. Our daughter bought an old home in Denver and we went out to get some things done prior to move in. We saw this company’s name/number on the furnace, so called them to do the maintenance. The person who came was very nice, did the furnace maintenance, then headed out to the A/C which kept tripping the breaker. Despite the fact that the unit didn't stay on for more than a few seconds before the breaker tripped, we were told it needed to be replaced and a salesperson came out very quickly to give us a quote. Very good service! Used this company for my parents as well. One gentleman in particular, Quinn, has served our many households and is top notch to say the least. So many times I have been disappointed with the service in this day in age by other companies. IF YOU ARE INSTALLING A NEW FURNACE OR AC UNIT AND WANT TO RECEIVE A REBATE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a 16 year customer of Sanders and Johnson. I recently had them install a new AC and Furnace. The sales manger came out to do the quote for the replacement. He gave us multiple quotes and then explained the advantages of each as compared to the cost of the system. We ended up putting together a system that met our needs. I asked him about energy rebates as the quote did not have any listed. He told us that the rebates change and they would file all the appropriate forms and submit them. then

This company installed my furnace, AC, and hot water tank 8 years ago when it was Sanders and Johnson. It has since been bought out and not the same owners. My AC was not cooling the house below 79 degrees. I called for a technician on July 1 2021 They told me over the phone it would cost $139 to diagnose the unit..When the technician was done checking my AC he said the refrigerant was low and was leaking oil but he couldn't find the leak. He called his supervisor and a different technician has to come out to diagnose the AC. When I was getting ready to write the check he

I highly recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning issues. I have used them for years and always been extremely happy with the work. The whole staff is always friendly and helpful.
